Maggie & Jack chose Spring in Maine for their nuptials. And it paid off with the most lovely May day along the York River you could ask for at York Golf & Tennis Club.
This couple was super easy breezy and just wanted to have a fun and relaxing day with friends and family. But they threw in some elegant details at every turn to create a seaside meets garden party feel at this historic club.
Some of our favorite moments from Maggie & Jack’s wedding day…
Maggie arriving triumphantly and joyously via the golf cart to our secret First Look location.
Both Maggie & Jack’s expression on the wharf when a sudden May wind took her veil vertically.
Maggie’s little flower girl niece was nervous but took it all in stride – literally – as she ran down the aisle to Uncle Jack’s arms.
The soft pinks, greens, and ivory palette of all the little details, attire, and also the floral by York Flower Shop. Everytime I look at this wedding I just get whisked back to Spring along the coast.
Maggie cracking up at the mayhem of a wedding day during our mini-portrait session on the deck of the Anchorage Hotel. Laughter is always a great option to consider. 😉
The memorable and unexpected dessert spread by Beach Pea – such attention to detail and delight.
The giant hug Maggie & Jack gave me at the end of the evening – such a warm and inviting couple.
Congrats Maggie & Jack! I hope you always remember this fun day by the sea.
