Kirsti & Marc’s York Harbor Inn Maine wedding is a great example of perfectly combining seaside and elegance together.
The soft palette, romantic floral, and thoughtful details came together wonderfully for their day.
This sweet & stylish couple was ready to sit back and enjoy their day. They are both physicians and brought their friends and family from all over the country to picturesque York Harbor Maine for some relaxation and fun. It’s not a tough sell to bring people to York beach in August. And with all the lodging options and activities in the area (not to mention lounging around!), why not have your wedding in a vacation destination for you and your guests.
The inn has everything you need. Marc & the Gents hung out in the historic wooden bar overlooking the ocean area pre-wedding. Kirsti and the ladies got ready in one of the many rooms of the inn.
Most couples opt to have their ceremony in the serene ocean overlook park called Hartley Mason Reserve across the street from the inn. Kirsti and Marc had a bagpiper lead the processional and serenade guests as they arrived. The warm Summer day, the sailboats going by, and the gorgeous blue sky Maine day made for a classic and memorable exchange of vows for everyone.
The romantic floral arrangements by Lynn Curcio at F as in Flowers and Gayle Forte’s stunning cake really set the stage for this seaside soiree.
They both do amazing work.
My style of portraits is natural, laid back and fun and the park & cliff walk were all the inspiration we needed. I want your portrait sessions to be a fun part of your day – a time when you can spend time with family. I love it when a couple can relax and enjoy this special time on their wedding day with family.
I’m so thankful to be part of this couple’s special day. Big congratulations to Kirsti & Marc!
